Tired of Spending Hours Looking for Speaking Gigs?

What if 6–10 real conference opportunities showed up in your inbox every single day?

A gazillion years ago, I worked for Boeing.

In fact, I worked on the first 747. That’s how long ago it was.

Back then, the joke around the factory was:

When the paperwork for the airplane weighs as much as the airplane itself… it’s ready to fly.

I was reminded of that when I started prospecting for speaking gigs.

Because it feels like the same thing.

Before we ever step on stage, we generate mountains of paperwork, emails, searches, and research just trying

to find the opportunity.

The truth?

Our main job isn’t giving great presentations.

Our real job is finding the opportunities — and the people

Microsoft

who make the decisions.

And that can take hours… sometimes days… chasing leads that go nowhere.

Sound familiar?

If you’re a speaker, trainer, consultant, or author, you probably spend more time looking for stages than standing on them.

If it does, you’re going to like this.

As a professional keynote speaker working with organizations on emotional intelligence and workplace culture, I’m always looking for the next stage.

I recently discovered a service that emails me 6–10 speaking leads every single day.  AND you will have access to hundreds and hundreds of more leads AND you can apply to speak directly from their website AND you can put your One Sheet on their website which attracts meeting planners from all over the world.

Sound good?  But wait, there’s more:

I just received notice of a conference in the tropics with a 5-figure honorarium that I will apply for!  And I can bring a +1.  Woo-Hoo!

These are real organizations actively looking for speakers for events across the U.S. and Canada.

Now let’s be honest:

Are they all perfect for my audience?
No.

Are they all paid?
No. (More on that in a second.)

Is the service outrageously expensive?

Not even close.

But it does something incredibly valuable:

It saves hours of prospecting and puts real opportunities directly in my inbox.

And as Grant likes to say:

You must speak to speak.

In other words, the more you speak in front of an audience, the more opportunities appear.

That’s exactly what happened earlier in my career.

When I owned my hypnosis company, I spoke at least twice a week for years to my own audiences.

Those talks turned into invitations from other organizations, many of them paying significant speaking fees.

Naturally, I assumed that would continue after I stopped teaching my classes.

Silly me.

Suddenly it felt like I was starting over again.

But this time I knew there had to be a better way.

A way to find my stages without spending half the day searching for them.

And I found it.

Here are just a few of the types of conferences that recently showed up in my inbox:

  •     Executive Education Conferences (paid)
    • Real Estate Directors (paid)
    • Human Resources Events (paid)
    • Event Planner Conferences (paid)
    • Women’s Leadership Summits (paid)
    • Hospital CEOs & Board Members (travel and lodging paid)

And that’s just a sample from one week.

Here’s a little insider tip:

If an event is close to where you live and the audience might include your target market…

Apply.

Even if it’s unpaid.

Because one talk can lead to several paid ones.

That’s how this business works.

Often the leads pay travel and lodging.  If the audience is your market and you have time, go for it!

If you’d like daily speaking opportunities delivered to your inbox, take a look at the service I’m using:

Speaking.

P.S. Years ago in my hypnotherapy practice, I made a promise to my clients and students:

I would only recommend what I truly believe in, and I would always tell them the truth.

That hasn’t changed.

I do receive a small affiliate fee if you decide this service is right for you — but I would recommend it even if I didn’t.

The good news?

You can try it for a month or so and see for yourself if it delivers the kind of opportunities you’re looking for.

No pressure. Just possibilities.

Have fun — and I hope to see you on stage.
